What happens if I switch between subscription packages?

Your data will all be retained. You will no longer be able to use the features listed that are included in the Pro-Subscription. Please check beforehand which features may be critical for your existing workflows.

Will future updates be free of charge for me?

Yes, every marble booking subscription automatically gives you access to the latest updates and improvements. If a feature is reserved for the marble booking Pro-Subscription only, it will be marked as such in our update overview.

Fixed price structure? Are there any other costs or fees that I will have to pay?

In short: No! It is important to us that you can concentrate fully on your offers and your work. That's why we've developed a fair pricing model that shows you the monthly or annual costs you'll incur with marble booking without having to worry about additional commissions or fees. So you don't have to expect any additional costs!

No - You can receive as many bookings and create as many offers as you like.

Can I also use marble booking for free bookings?

Of course! You can simply set the price of your offers to €0 and all functions and displays will continue to work as usual. If you have activated automatic invoicing, you can also deactivate it for various offers.

Does marble booking have its own customer management?

Yes! marble booking automatically records the customer data entered when a booking is made and creates a new customer in your system, which you can then manage. This allows you to see all of a customer's bookings, invoices and participations in one view. In addition, your customers do not have to re-enter all the data for multiple bookings. They can simply have them filled in automatically via a very short verification step - without having to log in.

Are group bookings possible?

Yes, group bookings are of course possible! You can even request separate information for each group member using the user-defined fields.

What happens if my offer is fully booked -Keyword: Waiting Lists?

There are optional waiting lists for each of your offers. If your offers are fully booked, your customers can add their full booking details to the waiting list and hope for a booking. The best thing about it: As soon as you cancel a booking or delete participants from a group booking, for example, the most recent waiting place is automatically rebooked and your customer is automatically notified.

My offers have different trainers or instructors - can marble booking take this into account?

You can create booking agents in marble booking and assign them to your offers or even make them available for your customers to choose from. You can also send them automatic booking confirmations by email so that they always know how far their offers are booked.

Can I set an early booking discount?

Of course! You can create an early bird price for each of your offers, with an additional note and define the date until which the price is valid - if this date is exceeded, the original price is automatically used.

I need different information about my customers for my offers - is there a solution for this?

This is even deeply integrated into the marble booking system. With the help of the user-defined fields, you can enter different data for each of your offers according to your requirements, e.g. in the form of textareas, checkboxes, dropdowns or multiple selection fields.

Can I add notes to my bookings?

You can add comments to each of your bookings, e.g. to save separate agreements, details or simply important information. This means you have all the details of your bookings in one system and no more information is lost.

On which devices can I use marble booking?

marble booking is a web app and can therefore be used in any browser. As the app is naturally modern and optimized, you can use marble booking on your desktop, tablet or smartphone.

My bookings must be closed 5 days before the start of the offer and no more bookings may be made - is this possible?

Yes, it is! You can define a date for each of your offers until which it can be booked - so you have full control over your workflow.

Can I export the data of my bookings & customers?

Of course! In the marble booking Pro-Subscription, you can use the CSV exporter, which is integrated into the relevant data records throughout the system, to export the data and then process it further in your workflow. This allows you to export either individual data records or, for example, all participants in one of your offers with a single click.

I would like to contact all my participants at the same time - is there a solution for this?

There is one! You can use the integrated mail function of marble booking for your offers as well as for individual customers and thus reach exactly the customers you need to reach. The messages sent are saved so that you can always track which messages you have sent.

How adaptable is marble booking to my company's corporate design?

We've made sure that you don't have to leave anything to chance here! You can adjust almost every element on the booking pages that your customers see with a color picker and also decide globally on the font style, corner radii and font type. These adjustments are also applied to the email templates sent. This allows you to create seamless transitions when you link your booking pages on your website or social platforms. For this function you need the Pro-Subscription from marble booking.

Do I need my own website to use marble booking?

No! marble booking requires a URL to which the system can link if, for example, your listings are no longer available under previous links or your customers click on your company name or logo. Of course, you can also use a social media account or any other link where you present yourself and your company.

marble booking even makes it easier for your company to start without a website, because you get a separate landing page for each of your offers and of course the entire booking process - so you can start your work without your own website and still be optimally positioned online. However, you will need links to your privacy policy and an imprint - we will soon show you how to do this without your own website in a news article.

Integration

Can I integrate marble booking into my website?

Yes, marble booking can be integrated into your website. For example, you can use an iframe to place the booking process on your website exactly where it makes the most sense for you. We are also currently building the marble booking REST API, which you can use to integrate the content and data from marble booking directly into your website. With the help of a developer, you can then place and style your offers in the way that best suits your website.

This allows you to maintain all content related to your offers in one system, always receive up-to-date data & occupancy rates and avoid duplicating work. By the way, you can also contact our sales team to find out how our developers can integrate it into your website. The REST API is currently still under construction, but can already be used in parts! This feature will be part of the marble booking Pro-Subscription.

Can I connect marble boooking with my accounting software?

A direct connection between marble booking and external accounting software is not yet available. However, this feature is on our roadmap and implementation will start shortly. The first integration we are planning is the connection to the lexoffice accounting software. When the new feature is integrated, you will be informed in our news section and also in the marble booking update overview.

Does marble booking offer onboarding or tutorials?

Yes, you can contact our sales team at any time and book a one-time free onboarding for marble booking! This usually takes a maximum of 1.5 hours and shows you everything you need to know to successfully offer your bookings.
