With this update, we offer you the opportunity to provide your customers with an even more personalized booking experience. You can now add additional packages to your offers - ideal for upgrades, additional services, services or accessories. This makes your bookings even more flexible and allows you to cater specifically to your customers' wishes.
A long-awaited feature is finally making its way into marble booking:
Flexible add-on packages for your offers. From now on, you can create add-ons for each of your offers to give your customers an even more personalized booking experience. These are ideal for additional services, upgrades or exclusive offers. This gives you the opportunity to create even more precise offers and address each of your customers even more individually. You can even easily add additional packages to existing bookings.
Your customers will now automatically receive an email notification as soon as you change the payment status of a booking. This gives your customers a more transparent booking experience and reduces your administrative workload. The notifications are also sent when you process multiple bookings at the same time or when you synchronize the status of your bookings with integrations such as LexOffice.
With this update, your dashboard is now even more informative. With the new period filters, you can set the booking statistics and the chart in your dashboard to many different time periods to quickly get a precise overview of current bookings and figures. Whether over the course of the day, the current week or the last 90 days - many different time periods are available to you. Further time periods will follow in later updates!
When canceling a booking, you can select in a new pop-up window whether a cancellation invoice should be created or not. You can also decide whether this should be sent to your customers. If you do not create a cancellation invoice, you can still create it at any time after the cancellation and send it manually via the marble booking messaging system. No prices are listed in the email that your customers receive. This gives you the opportunity to prevent misunderstandings and to handle any cancellation fees separately.

Covers of your offers and Open Graph images are now also copied when the offer is duplicated.

The new search bar allows you to quickly search through all bookings - ideal for large amounts of data and more efficient administration. Find booking numbers, customer names and more with just a few clicks. The practical keyboard shortcuts make searching even more efficient. If an invoice total is subsequently changed in LexOffice, it can be automatically synchronized in marble booking with just one click, so that the current revenue is always displayed everywhere.
In addition to the CSV export, an Excel export is now available. Perfect for individual evaluations and further data analysis.
Optionally, as the main user of your account, you can be automatically notified by e-mail every time a new booking is made.
The creation and sending of invoices can now be controlled separately.
Thanks to revised formatting and presentation, customer and booking numbers are now much easier to distinguish from each other.
Line breaks in e-mail signatures are now correctly adopted and displayed.
The time has come - the first integration for marble booking is here! From now on, you can create invoices directly from marble booking in LexOffice and send them to your customers, synchronize contacts and reconcile incoming payments from your bookings. This makes your accounting even more efficient and you can manage all your invoices in one of the market-leading accounting tools.

With the LexOffice integration, you have the option of having all your invoices created directly in LexOffice. This allows you to seamlessly integrate the invoices for your bookings into your existing accounting system. Your LexOffice invoices are displayed directly in your marble booking dashboard and automatically sent to your customers when bookings are made. Your customers are synchronized with your LexOffice contacts and are therefore always up to date. You can compare the payment status of your bookings with your LexOffice invoices at any time and thus get an overview of the completion of your bookings with just one click.
The creation of e-invoices is of course also possible.
Install the new integration in just a few steps in the settings of your Pro account and you can start using LexOffice in marble booking.
These settings allow you to customize various standard texts of the marble booking system according to your specifications in order to adapt the booking system even better to your wishes. These texts relate in particular to standard texts from the automatically sent e-mail notifications in marble booking.
Finally, you can also make your bookings available for groups! Your customers can specify how many participants they would like to take part in your offer and you can ask for the exact details per participant that you need for your offers. If all the places on your offer are already taken, your customers can now enjoy the new waiting list feature.
To ensure that no important information about your bookings falls by the wayside, we are now providing you with the new comment feature for each of your bookings.
This new feature gives your customers the opportunity to register as a group for your offers. You can create additional custom fields for group bookings to collect exactly the data from your participants that you need to optimize your offers. You can of course limit the maximum number of participants per group.
All participant data is also sent in the automatic confirmation emails and you can subsequently edit the participant data if necessary or delete individual participants completely.
The number of participants will of course be fully taken into account in the automatic invoicing.
You can find the new settings for this in the “Settings” tab at the bottom of each of your offers.
Waiting lists allow you to never miss a client again. If your offers are fully booked, your customers can add themselves to the waiting list with all their booking details and hope for a booking.
You can see the waiting customers in a separate view with your offers and can also recognize them immediately throughout the system.
The best thing about it: As soon as you cancel a booking or delete participants from a group booking, for example, the most recent waiting slot is automatically rebooked and your customer is automatically notified. Of course, you can also deactivate automatic rebooking.
You can find the settings for the waiting list in the “Settings” tab at the bottom of each of your offers.
You now have the option of adding comments to each of your bookings, e.g. to save separate agreements, details or simply important information. This means you have all the details of your bookings in one system and no information is lost.
You can find this function in the “Comments” tab in each of your bookings.
With the text editor, you have more options for making the confirmation emails that your customers automatically receive when they book or cancel much more precise and informative.
